Monitor Your Reputation

June 13, 2010

The continuing saga of the issues I have had regarding Paul Robertson, the former GP jailed for stealing from a vulnerable pensioner are a lesson on how we all need to keep a check on our online reputation. Not content with assuming one domain which was similar to a respected estate agent, the perpetrators have also used another that at first glance appears to be to do with my business, Parkcrest Construction. One letter missing in the url and some appropriate search engine and  links and up pop these insinuations referring to this convicted fraudster. Once again the domain is shown as registered to one Hamish Robertson, the same name as the son of the thief.

For me it is not too bad – Parkcrest has always enjoyed an outstanding reputation – and it is unlikely that a person guilty of such despicable acts will change that. But I would urge everyone to ensure that they do not suffer because of rogues like this. KwikChex.com, the reassurance and reputation management resource assisted me and featured my case on their campaigning site www.feedblack.com. My advice is conduct regular check about what is being said about you on the web – and contact a specialist such as KwikChex if you have any concerns.

KwikChex Actions Against Fraudster

March 15, 2010

The new website – richardkingham.com and reports being published by KwikChex, the online reputation and reassurance network are taking effect.

Type in Richard Kingham or Parkcrest Construction now into Google and the attempt to malign my reputation by convicted criminal and disgraced GP, Paul Roberston that has been apparently faciliated by his son Hamish and supported by his wife Ann are surrounded by verified information that shows them in their true light and which restores my reputation.

I would urge everyone to ensure that they start taking steps to protect their online reputation right now – don’t wait until it gets attacked. Try contacting KwikChex – www.kwikchex.com

Richard Kingham New Website

March 4, 2010

My new personal website – www.richardkingham.com is now live. Aside from using it for the more personal stuff,  it will also be useful to help expose how the convicted fraudster and disgraced GP,  Paul Robertson came to be involved in an attempt to malign the reputation of my business, Parkcrest Construction.

The Swizz Family Robertson Problem and ‘Feedblack’

January 27, 2010

Today I Google searched my own name – Richard Kingham and that of my business, Parkcrest Construction.

Lo and behold,  high on the results was a website that appeared to have been created by the ‘Swizz Family Robertson’ – and which intentionally seeks to damage the my reputation, my business and a very reputable estate agents – Murray and Hayward.

Hamish Robertson, the son is the owner of the site, his mother, Ann Robertson appears to have authored it – and it attempts to portray his father, Paul Robertson as some sort of victim. Not only could nothing be further from the truth – but Paul Robertson is actually a convicted fraudster and former GP (struck off by the General Medical Council), who swindled a disabled pensioner out of his life savings.

You can read about him this on my blog page – The Truth About Paul Robertson and on the Richard Kingham personal web page – www.richardkingham.com

A new business, KwikChex.com, has taken up my fight and will shortly be awarding my Parkcrest Construction website an accreditation to verify that it is indeed a reputable business. In addition, they have set up a campaigning site to highlight the problems of this type of online scurrilous behaviour – they call it ‘feedblack’  and they will shortly be featuring this particular instance on  a new dedicated site – www.feedblack.com
